AUTOANKAND processes account, identity, agreement, deposit, payment, and bidding data to provide and protect the service. Data is processed to perform the contract, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate security and fraud-prevention interests, and, where required, with your consent.

Information we process
Profile and contact details, verification documents, the electronic agreement and signature evidence, bid activity, winning statuses, deposit and refund references, transaction amount, method and status, technical request data, and communications with our team.
Bank transfers
We currently accept wire transfers only for the security deposit. We process the account’s unique reference, amount, currency, status, payment proof, and information necessary for manual verification and refunds.
How we use information
Information is used for bidder verification, electronic signing, deposit and refund administration, bid and winning-vehicle processing, invoicing, platform security, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Documents are never made public.
Recipients and third parties
Where necessary, limited data is shared with the payment provider, banks, auction and transport providers, professional advisers, and competent authorities. Each recipient receives only what is necessary for the relevant payment, bid, delivery, compliance, or legal request. External services also operate under their own policies.
Retention and security
Documents, payment evidence, agreements, and bid records are stored privately with restricted access. Data is retained as long as necessary for service delivery, accounting, tax and legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal claims, then deleted or anonymized where permitted.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records cannot be deleted while required for the contract, accounting, legal obligations, or legal claims. You may lodge a complaint with Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency.
