AUTOANKAND provides vehicle discovery and intermediates offers with external auctions or sellers. By creating an account, uploading documents, signing the agreement, or confirming a bid, you accept these terms and the information shown during the process.
The customer cannot edit it after sending.

Once the supplier accepts the request and you receive the win notice, the invoice and documents must be completed by the deadline. A customer-caused failure may result in a non-completion charge of 30% of the winning price, only where permitted by law.
Service and external suppliers
AUTOANKAND presents inventory received from third parties and forwards customer requests to them. The auction or seller decides whether a request is accepted. We record the result and communicate it to the customer; no win is confirmed before that notice.
Verified access
Bidding requires an accurate profile, authentic documents, acceptance of the current terms, and an active account. A security deposit is not currently required.
Offer and Buy Now requests
The confirmation screen identifies the vehicle, amount, and selected action. After confirmation, the request is recorded and sent to the supplier, so the customer cannot edit it themselves. Buy Now is also a request until the supplier accepts it. AUTOANKAND reports whether a request was accepted, rejected, or expired.
Payments after a win
A security balance is not currently required for bidding. After a win, the customer must pay the invoice and applicable costs by the stated deadline.
Completing a won purchase
After a win notice, the customer must settle the invoice and complete the documents by the stated deadline. If the customer’s action or inaction causes the purchase to fail, a non-completion charge of 30% of the winning price applies only where the law permits it. The security balance may be used toward the unpaid amount.
Data and estimates
Photographs, reports, descriptions, availability, and technical details come from external sources and may be updated. Customs duty, excise, VAT, transport, registration, insurance, and other charges remain projections until confirmed by the responsible authority or provider.
Records and legal rules
We retain electronic records of acceptances, requests, and payments for administration, security, and dispute handling, as further explained in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and do not limit rights guaranteed to the customer by mandatory law.
